Customers may submit a return request within 30 days of receiving their items. Returned items must meet the following conditions:
The item has not been worn, washed, or used;
The item remains in its original condition, free from damage, stains, or odors;
The item includes all original tags, packaging, and accessories;
A valid order number or proof of purchase is provided.
Items Ineligible for Return
Refunds may not be available in the following cases:
Items exceeding the 30-day return period;
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged;
Items damaged due to customer misuse;
Items marked as “Final Sale” or non-returnable.
Refund Process
Contact our customer service team to submit a return request;
Upon receiving return authorization, ship the item(s) to the designated return address;
We will inspect the returned item(s) upon receipt;
Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs (if applicable) are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to product quality issues or a shipping error.

Damaged Items or Incorrect Orders
